The Santi School Project rebuilds schools‚ trains teachers‚ and provides quality education for children in public schools of Nepal‚ helping to give them a brighter future‚ to promote quality education in rural Nepal‚ especially for girls and ethnic minorities. Founded in 2006‚ the Santi School Project is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that began with the promise to build a school in a remote village in Nepal. Today‚ the organization has not only built the school‚ but also provides continual financial support to the school. Since that first school‚ we have funded other school renovation projects‚ provided furniture to schools and conducted several teacher training programs across central Nepal. It also mobilizes domestic and international volunteers in partnered schools to help them improve their English speaking and to promote extracurricular activities.
